Our Cornfield Annuals wildflower seed mix requires a sunny site to flower in the first year. It's a beautiful colourful mixture which includes yellow, blue, pink and white flowers.

The classically-charming Chamomile, the distinct and beautiful blue petals of the Cornflower, bright Marigold petals and rich red Poppies make for a vibrant palette that works well on its own or bolstering a blooming perennial patch for some first-year colour.

All the flowers in this collection are recommended by the RHS as ‘Perfect for Pollinators’.

This mixture contains 100% wildflower seed and is 100% native UK origin.

Cornfield Annuals Wildflower Seed Mix Information

When to Sow: Throughout the year (bar the depths of winter) but best results from August to October then March to April.
Soil / Site Conditions: Sunny Site.
How to Sow: Sowing of Wildflower seeds can take place through most of the year (bar the depths of winter). But generally, the most successful time is August to October (following natures natural cycle) and then by March to April. The best method to create a wildflower meadow is to sow on a freshly prepared seedbed. Prepare the seedbed by clearing all the weeds by hand or with glyphosate for perennial weeds, dig over and rake the soil to a fine tilth, tread or roll and then rake again. If the soil is very fertile remove the top 5-10cm of topsoil first. Broadcast the seed at a rate of 5g/sqm. (The seed can be mixed with sharp sand to ensure a more even spread.) Lightly rake the seed in and water carefully with a fine hose.
Care:

Carefully water during dry weather, and keep on top of removing weeds until the meadow begins to establish.

Once the plants have finished flowering the site will require rotovating in autumn to disperse the seed and it is good practice to add a little more seed in the autumn to ensure a great display the following year.

Sow Rate: 5 grams per square metre.

Not a Good Choice for Chewers
Color: Get Ripped Margrrrita, Size: L
I loved the idea of this toy, but it did not work or last as intended. It is pretty heavy and made of thick rubber. The flaps over the cup where the treats are dispensed did not last 5 minutes with my pup, so we can no longer use it to dispense treats/use as a brain game.

Super fun, my dog loves it!
Color: Hambone Super Chewer, Size: M/L
I adopted a Feist/Pit mix and this was the first toy I got him for just him. He went nuts for it! He’s a destructive pup so ripping the soft “skin” off of hambone really helped him release some pent up energy! Now he carries it around in the yard and just chews on it. If you have tiny treats, drop em in the nose holes and watch your pup go crazy trying to get them out!

Not for super chewers
Color: Hambone Super Chewer, Size: M/L
Had to take it away from my dog the same evening I gave it to him because a chunk came off. I did not want him to choke on the pieces.

A favorite for my boys!
Color: Hambone Super Chewer, Size: M/L
My dogs love this toy, it satisfied their need to rip up a toy and still allowed them to play long after the top layer was torn apart to enjoy! It bounces well and has still held up with my chewers, this is still one of my dogs favorite toys to play fetch with!

Great toy
Color: Hambone Super Chewer, Size: M/L
My dog loves this toy so much. He's not quite so aggressive with his chewing, now that he's getting older, but this toy lasted through his younger years, and recently started to show signs of wear. He was so sad when I threw it out, that I had to replace it. Glad it still exists - we got the first one probably 5 years ago.
